Privacy policy

Privacy policy of the dgepro.ch platform, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Data controller: D.G.E. Concept Sàrl, Rue du Village 8b, 1273 Arzier-Le Muids, Switzerland — admin@dgeconcept.ch. Version of 13.09.2026. The French version is legally binding.

1. Data processed

We only process data necessary for the business relationship: account request data (company name, UID number, UID certificate or register extract, contact details, address, type of business, websites and social networks provided, product interests), account and login data, orders and invoices, and messages sent via the contact form.

2. Purposes

Data is used to verify professional retailer status, to process orders and invoicing, to manage the business relationship and to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting. No profiling is carried out and no data is used for advertising.

3. Disclosure to third parties

Data is only disclosed to providers necessary for performance of the contract: carriers (Swiss Post) for delivery, hosting provider (KreativMedia GmbH, Zurich, hosted in Switzerland) and, where required, authorities where the law so demands. No data is sold or transferred abroad beyond the above.

4. Retention

Business and accounting records (orders, invoices, associated account data) are kept for 10 years in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (art. 958f CO). Rejected account requests and contact messages are deleted no later than 12 months after processing.

5. Security

Data is hosted in Switzerland. Access to the retailer area and to the administration is password-protected; passwords are stored hashed. UID/register documents are accessible to the administration only.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or deletion (subject to legal retention obligations) by writing to admin@dgeconcept.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
